The in-game inbox: messages from the team, and rewards that are delivered automatically the moment they are sent.
Overview
MAIL is in the menu drawer. It is a one-way inbox for messages from the Ballin Tycoon team — update notes, event announcements, compensation after a problem, and gifts. A red dot on the drawer and the MAIL row means something is unread.
What arrives
- Messages with a subject and a short letter, newest first. Unread rows carry a NEW chip; rows with rewards carry a GIFT chip.
- Attached rewards are credited to your account the moment the mail is sent — there is nothing to claim. Opening the mail shows each reward with a DELIVERED chip.
- Occasionally a special one-time offer or a pet bundle is attached the same way.

Reading
- Tap a row to open it; that marks it read. MARK ALL READ clears the whole inbox at once, and the INBOX pill returns to the list.
- Mail is separate from the Social inbox — friend requests, trades and guild invites never arrive here.
