What makes a pet limited
Limited pets are the ones you cannot farm. Each comes from a one-time Shop bundle, a limited-time event or a giveaway, and once that window closes the only way to get one is a trade. Like elusive pets they never appear in a claw machine and are activated rather than equipped — from the LIMITED tab of the Pets menu — so they never cost a slot. Unlike elusive pets there is no cap on how many can be active at once, and every limited pet is tradable.

Shop bundles
Three bundles each include a pet, once per account: Coin Corgi in the Starter Bundle ($9.99), Token Turtle in the Deluxe Bundle ($19.99), Carnival Phoenix in the Premium Bundle ($29.99). They arrive at full star and can be traded.
Founder reward
The Aurora Narwhal is a Founder reward claimed at Arcade Level 10 while the founder programme is open.
Giveaways
Some giveaways award a pet instead of gems — the prize panel shows its sprite, name and rarity, and a giveaway pet has the usual shiny roll. The Prism Peacock is only ever awarded this way: Better odds that any pet you get is SHINY.
